What We Do
The established Fort Lee Key Club branch identifies issues within our town and participates in a variety of activities, all focused on servicing our community and its members. Our branch aided in spreading environmental awareness through hosting cleanups, playing a major role in the establishment of a community-wide farmers market, which exhibited great potential and realized popular success, growing, harvesting, and distributing agricultural produce to the elderly, and encouraging young elementary school students the value of sustainability.
A major part of our club is our commitment to helping the younger generation. In the Autumn of the 2023–2024 school year, our Key Club hosted a tutoring program for elementary and middle school students that focused on fostering creative passion, and an interest in STEM. The program also helped them gain life-long skills, such as teamwork and communication. This program is fated to run a second time, giving Key Club another opportunity to interact with Fort Lee’s youth.
Additionally, Key Club participates in initiatives that service the older crowd. Key Clubbers have frequently written greetings and holiday cards for senior citizens at the senior center of Fort Lee. Key Club values the work that the faculty, custodians, and staff do for Fort Lee High School, so, yearly, Key Club organizes a dinner for janitors and gathers students to write Christmas cards for teachers.

Brianna's Mural service project
The Fort Lee High School Key Club is excited to propose a student-led mural project inside the Fort Lee Public Library’s teen section, a space that’s just been renovated and is ready to welcome teens back with color, meaning, and hope. Our goal is to create a walk-through mural experience that reflects peace, unity, pride, and youth empowerment. This will be more than just a painting, it will be a story told by local teens, for local teens.
Gardening BuddiesÂ
Planting vegetables and flowers around Fort Lee throughout the summer. Will be having regularly scheduled checkups and watering days.
